Is it OK to prepare Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix with other types of milk instead of skim milk?

While there are a number of milk options in the market, Formula 1 shakes are designed to be made with eight fluid ounces of nonfat milk or soy milk for added protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, some carbohydrates, and to meet the requirements of a healthy meal.

Making the shake with alternative types of milk will not only affect the taste and consistency of the shake, but may provide more calories, and/or lesser amounts of certain nutrients (e.g. calcium and protein) so that it may no longer qualify as a healthy meal.
